Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


1. When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed and sent out within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. You may expect to receive your order within 7 working days .

2. How will I know if my order has been processed or sent out? 

You will receive an email notification with tracking no. once your parcel  is sent out.

3. What if my payment was unsuccessful during check out? 

You can either:
i) Manually transfer the amount to our bank account PBB 3988996128 (Hengton Enterprise) and email the receipt to sales.hengton@gmail.com; OR
ii) Place a new order and go through the payment process again
Note that order is only confirmed after payment is successfully made. 

4. Can I get a refund ?

 Yes,but you have to provide us following:
1. The receipt or proof of purchase issued by Hengton Enterprise.
2. Your bank account details,which will be credited.
3. A valid reason  why you want to refund
4. Images/pictures to show the item's condition if damaged 


Note: Refunds to credit card or cash are not available. Only online bank transfer credit back to your bank account.

5. Can I return my purchase ?

Yes,you have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it. Only return via courier with tracking number given is accepted and email/whatapps us the tracking no.
The returned  item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Besides,your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase issued by Hengton Enterprise.
